Just look for the pitched, red-roofed home as you pull into the quiet cul-de-sac in North Avon. Bring your family, dog and favorite yard games ... a spacious, grassy lawn is ideal for everyone to enjoy. Your kids will love the bike-friendly neighborhood, and you’ll love the gated area under the house to keep younger children, dogs, and your watersport equipment safe and secure. There’s also an outdoor shower and wash sink here for an easy beach day cleanup. A few steps up to the first level reveals DAYS 'N CONFUSED's main living space including a great room that features an inviting couch and chairs as well as a Smart TV. A section of the coffee table pops up to provide a great workstation for those who can’t escape computer time. The kitchen, outfitted with portable Bluetooth® speakers so you can stream your favorites from wherever you may be, is well-equipped to accommodate your favorite vacation meals that can be served at the four-stool kitchen counter, at a six-person table in the sunroom, and another counter that seats four. Two bedrooms - a newly furnished queen and one with two single bunks - are also located on this level. Both have their own Smart TV and they share a hallway full bath. The third bedroom, an ensuite king featuring a private bath, is located on the second level along with a media room with wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, a roomy sectional sofa, a Smart TV, and a bookcase loaded with books, games, and puzzles. There is also access to a second-level deck through the top level with stairs connecting it to the main deck.

DAYS 'N CONFUSED is an ideal location - you are less than a 10-minute walk to the ocean beaches (even shorter on bike), and you'll pass a family favorite, Dairy Queen, on the way. Favorite local eateries like Froggy's and the Mad Crabber, the Avon Pier (don't forget to visit the iconic Stu's Food Truck) and the Pamlico Sound (for watercraft adventures) are all nearby.

Guests of DAYS 'N CONFUSED also have access to the Kinnakeet Shores community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. But it may be the home’s amazing sun decks that will draw you in to relax in the 6-person hot tub, sink into an Adirondack chair with a good book, or soak in those vitamin D rays. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Jennifer Day of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

More information can be provided in the "Rental/Lease Agreement" - just contact the property manager. You will be required to sign this additional lease agreement upon making a booking. The property manager will send to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received the signed agreement (electronically).
