Summer guests can spend their days on the river or on a hot-weather hike before coming back to enjoy a refreshing swim in the shared pool. Of course, there's nothing like soaking your weary muscles in the community hot tub after a day on the frosty ski slopes. Inside, the home enjoys a spacious living area dressed in comfy furniture, a mounted flatscreen TV, and wonderful third-floor views of the neighborhood and mountains. Use the kitchenette to prepare a delicious meal or take the elevator to consult the 24-hour front desk about some of the amazing on-site restaurants and fun activities within walking distance. The suite is equipped with a work desk and chair and the free WiFi will make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

THINGS TO KNOW
This rental requires additional fees to be paid on-site. A booking fee of $75/per reservation will be paid at the front desk. There is also a required resort fee of $60 per night, which includes high-speed WiFi, local calls, shuttle service, and access to the Riverfront Club. Valet or self-park is $45 per night.
This vacation home does not include central air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
