Welcome to our superb renovated industrial duplex, nestled in the heart of Avignon's historical heritage. Located on the 2nd floor of a building ideally placed between the majestic Palais des Papes and the shopping street Joseph Vernet, this elegant apartment we have renovated is the perfect destination to discover Provence.

☀️ Upon entering, you will be charmed by the clever blend of industrial style and typical Provencal architecture. A spacious living room welcomes you, enhanced by a comfortable sofa bed and a wooden and metal coffee table, facing a television for your relaxing evenings. Two air coolers are also at your disposal. Next to it, a modern and fully equipped kitchen awaits you, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, toaster, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Then take the wrought iron staircase that leads you to the mezzanine. There, a bedroom with beautiful exposed beams and a 180cm King Size bed ensures you a perfect rest after a day of discovering the region. Wardrobes and bedside lights are at your disposal for maximum comfort.

🚿The adjoining bathroom offers an Italian shower under a slightly low ceiling (1.90m), as well as a double basin for more convenience. The toilet is on the ground floor.

The large window of the apartment offers a breathtaking view of Petite Fusterie Street and the typical Provence buildings, for a wake-up to the gentle scent of the South.

Although the apartment is not air-conditioned, a fan is provided to cool you down during hot days.

✅ For your comfort, we provide household linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels). By default, only one double bed is prepared for every group of two people. If you would like additional beds available in the accommodation to be made upon your arrival, a fee of €20 per bed must be paid in advance.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we provide a few essential welcome items: shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper, as well as a few coffee pods, tea bags, and basic condiments to help you start your stay off right.
