The house is located on the top floor of a beautiful estate with
swimming pool in Urmo Belsito, in the green countryside of Avetrana.
The Suite is equipped with an outdoor Jacuzzi of exclusive relevance, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, barbecue, hair dryer, electric oven. Pets are allowed.
The pool with solarium and outdoor shower are shared with guests of other ground-floor vacation homes.

The
penthouse is the flagship of the estate. Newly built to fully enjoy the
panorama with wild woods and the sea, the vacation home is on the
second floor of Tenuta Anna and has a large private terrace with two
canopies that shade the dining area and outdoor relaxation area.
The interiors consist of living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room.
The
bohemian style of the furniture is characterized by the freedom of
combinations of different furnishings, fabrics, colors, lighting and
materials. The chandeliers, for example, are hand-embroidered and made
entirely of natural fabrics such as wool and cotton.
Green in its
many shades becomes a furnishing element, with a combination of plants,
pillows and the bottle glass of old demijohns. The light shades of the
room and living room give feelings of peace and relaxation.
In the large garden shared with other vacation homes on the estate, thepool areawith solarium, shaded gazebo, outdoor shower and parking are available.
The surroundings of the attic, very close to the Ionian beaches.
The
vacation house is located on the second floor (penthouse) of an estate
with swimming pool and garden, in a residential location in Urmo
Belsito, just 2 km from the beaches of the coast of San Pietro in
Bevagna, whose center, very lively in summer, is only 3 km from the
estate.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Garden and Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
