"カジノ内のスタッフ、レストランも含めて全員無愛想でした。 チェックインの際、名前も言っていないのに、フロントの方から名前を呼ばれてびっくりしました。 サンズマカオさんは日本語スタッフが居ませんでした。 部屋にはミネラルウオーター４本、コーヒー、紅茶などのＴパック以外は無く、冷蔵庫も空っぽ、ウェルカムお菓子なども無かったですね。"

"Very spacious and comfortable room. However I was expecting a harbour view. We had a view to the road. Also they provided us with 2 pillows which was really nice but only one toilet roll, no extra. So if we didn’t want to have the room cleaned we had to ask for an extra toilet roll. Other than that, a very nice hotel. "

"It locates in a excellent spot, which is very convenient for us to take trains , subway, and bus. You have no trouble to go anywhere to Taiwan because this inn is nearby the main station of Taipei city. Besides, good number of convenient stores, resturants, and a food court nearby. Finally I was so happy about MacDonald is downstair. I had my breakfast during my 5 days trip in Taipei."

"The hotel staff was very nice and extremely service oriented. There were a lot of staff that could assist with luggage and the check-in was quick. The room was precisely as you want a Macau hotel to be, having the feeling of old luxury with a lot of colours and wooden panels (and nice old wall paper) without feeling worn-out. It was very well kept and had all the amenities, with a nicely renovated bathroom. Nice view overlooking the Wynn fountain and the water. Especially the friendly staff was...
