"The reception and common area is very nice. A lot of events planned daily. Every night there is a theme in the bar. There is also different food theme in buffet. Close to the sea. The employee are very nice and easy to talk to. The employee in the main restaurant is very friendly and always want to add food for us. The snack bar in the Olive Tree restaurant is amazing. "Stayed in 407, good balcony, if you can zone out the noise. The hotel is well situated, pleasant staff, good breakfast.
The room was clean and quiet, with the balcony door closed, irritating that some of the fittings are loose, hooks for towels, toilet roll holder, but all in all a decent hotel."

"Nice hotel in the center. The rooftop pool is not big but it was very refreshing. We had to catch an early ferry and the hotel offered us breakfast bags to our trip. Nice move and a breakfast with a lot of fruit, vegetables, bread, cake, juice and water. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"We stayed in a premium suite with ocean view balcony. The pools and buildings are very nice, and the staff are plentiful and helpful. But the resort is isolated, and the resort seems to discourage guests from leaving. The "concierge" seemed completely unprepared to help. She could not recommend any restaurants in town, or recommend any tours. She could not help with public transportation or private car service. Our best help came from taxi drivers.
They promoted a "movie night", but would not tell us what the movie would be until that day! Most of the guests appear to be older couples and their adult children, who just plan to lay on the beach and eat.
The "gym" facility was a joke. A small room totally out of scale to the resort.
The slate floor in our room was filthy. Every time we walked on it in bare feet, our feet became black.
The private beach area attracts plastic waste. The sand was covered in plastic trash and plastic was floating in the water. This is a general problem in the Meditteranean today.
Meals were very expensive. The lunch buffet was 41 euro per person. In addition, I arrived to lunch wearing a t-shirt and swimsuit, and was asked to go back to my room and change into shorts. They had no problem with the young woman wearing a thong and mesh cover up.
I expect more for what we paid, at what was presented as a luxury resort."
"The location and facilities are fantastic. The view and sunset is breathtaking, the pools and sunbeds are nice and not overly crowded and the beautiful flowers and trees all over.
We stayed the first week in a 2BR villa with 3 adults and two children. It was nice and spacious with lots of privacy as the rooms were in opposite ends of the villa. We had the most lovely cleaning lady Mirela who met us with the biggest smile every day. The next week we stayed in an Island suite with a jacuzzi and sea view. Also a very nice room.
The service on the hotel overall is not 5 stars which is such a pity. The reception is strict and not accommodating, and the hotel is clearly understaffed in the buffet, beach bar etc. constantly running out of stuff (ice creme, drinks etc), and the ala cart often also is out of stuff. I also dislike that there are no cocktails included in the AI (pina colada, mojito) - paying customers get nice glasses and AI get plastic cups all day. I really wish the hotel would staff up and stop all the unnecessary restrictions. The staff is clearly under too much pressure, which makes the guests unhappy and so it continues. The main buffet also needs more food and stuff, if you are not there when they open half of the stuff will be out (meats, desserts etc). A few people standout though: George and Minela in the Pool bar, Nick in the Payot, Jaruz in breakfast coffee, Abdul in the pancake stand, and Dora in the reception. "

Vi booked a superior room with seaview. But you could not see the sea from the room, but if you went out on the balcony og look to the right, then you could ser the sea.
I was told that this was the correct room.
In that case - the seaview - I would say is oversold.
However we got another room the next day, with correct seaview. The balcony here was very very small. All in all a good stay.
The top bar/restaurent has a fantastic view.
