"This is an older hotel, but beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. The location is perfect, right on the Avalon waterfront and an easy walk to all that Avalon has to offer. Our room had a bit of an ocean view, which was greatly appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there were a couple of things. First, maid service is only by request, which we did not know, so the room went uncleaned for a couple days. Second, the included continental breakfast offers the barest...

"Jackie and Daniel were the receptionist working while we stayed there and they were so sweet and nice about everything. They made our stay easy and comfortable my husband and I both agreed we would stay there again. Room was a little small but it wasn’t a big issue, other than that we loved it. Yes you can hear people hanging outside in the chair by the room but we are heavy sleepers so that didn’t affect us either "

"We were supposed to just leave our luggages and was able to check in early so that was a relief! Staff was great! Room had a fridge, microwave, stove, pots and pans, plates and cups, kcups for coffee, and a TV. Outside area has a grilling station and cute hangout spot. It was also clean!
