"Parking was easy and great restaurants nearby. The property itself felt safe but I would drive in the neighborhood. Especially at night. We walked and wished we had driven. We're from Portland OR. So to say we didn't feel great says something. But with that change I would totally stay again. Staff was amazing and accommodating and the property was beautiful and very comfortable. "

"Nice place close to downtown. The staff was nice and helpful. The place had a nice vibe and was very clean. They have shared private bathrooms but it wasn’t an issue. I would stay there again."

"It seems vaccum cleaning is not part of the clean procedure for the room. No upgrade was provided even the Gold membership told about the possibility. No nice view even the pictures showed such. My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Austin was cheaper and much better …."

"The noise was just too much. There was a dog in the room next to mine barking non stop and the bars next door play really loud music all night."
