This villa is the largest one bedroom configuration at the Island at 850 sq ft and boasts 1 1/2 baths and a large wrap-around patio with multiple seating areas and a private grill. The oversized kitchen is fully stocked, has granite counter tops, and has an adjacent dining area with hill country views. The family room is a great gathering place for entertaining with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, HDTV, queen sleeper sofa and access to the patio and a 1/2 bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an HDTV and an en suite bath with large tub and walk-in shower. The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake. There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
