This one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor has an excellent downtown Austin location! It`s down the street from famous W 6th and a short walk to the Lady Bird Hike and Bike Trail, which loops around Lady Bird Lake downtown. Many bars and restaurants are a short walk or a super easy scoot to and it`s also very close to downtown with great access via ride share (or walking), which means you`re super close to everything. The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably with 2 in the king bed and 2 on the comfy sleeper sofa. There is washer and dryer in the apartment.
