THE SPACE

This two story home is built within the last few years with modern finishes throughout, and includes a dedicated home office, a private garage gym, and an upstairs game room, giving guests more room to spread out and more to do than a typical rental.

BEDROOMS & SLEEP — 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8 (Up to 10)

The primary suite is located downstairs for privacy and features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub, and a walk in closet. A second downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed. Bedrooms include curtains, a ceiling fan, complimentary earplugs and a white noise machine, a closet with wooden hangers, a hamper, and extra blankets. One iron and ironing board is available downstairs, and one upstairs.

Two rollaway twin beds are stored in the downstairs closet and available for guest use at any time. They can be set up in the open common space near the entrance, or moved into a bedroom if preferred, bringing total sleeping capacity to 10. Additional guests, visitors, or day guests beyond your reserved headcount are not permitted, and this home is not available for parties or events. Undisclosed additional guests or unauthorized gatherings may result in fines and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

BATHROOMS — 3 Full Baths

All three bathrooms are stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, and Q tips, with toilet paper always stocked. The primary ensuite includes a walk in shower and separate soaking tub.

LIVING & DINING

The open concept living room features a 75` Smart TV, a large gray sectional sofa, board games, and a full length body mirror. The kitchen has a large center island, counter seating, a four person dining table, and a full stainless steel appliance suite.

HOME OFFICE

A dedicated workspace with dual monitors and an ergonomic desk. Good for remote work, video calls, or catching up after a long day out.

GARAGE GYM & PARKING

This private garage gym includes a power rack with pull up bar, adjustable bench, dumbbells, a plyo box, and resistance bands. Half the garage is set up for the gym, with the other half available for one vehicle. Two additional vehicles can park in the driveway, for 3 total parking spots.

Please note: street parking is not permitted by the HOA and may result in a fine. All guest vehicles should use the garage and driveway only.

GAME ROOM

The upstairs loft game room features a pool table and bean bag seating. A good space to unwind or entertain a small group.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The backyard patio has a small outdoor seating set and a Weber charcoal grill. Charcoal not included, please bring your own.

A NOTE ON CHILDREN

This home isn`t childproofed and includes an open staircase, a garage gym with free weights, and a pool table with cues left accessible, so it`s better suited for adult groups than families with young children.

Located in the Wildhorse Ranch community in Manor, TX, this home puts you minutes from some of Central Texas`s biggest employers.
