Ash is ideally located in the heart of Travis Heights – South Austin's trendiest neighborhood. The apartment can comfortably sleep 5 guests with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms along with access to a shared unheated swimming pool. The eclectic design elements and desert boho vibe create a charming space for family, friends or colleagues to gather. Walk to all things SOCO where you'll find local artist pop-ups, boutique shops, hip restaurants and legendary live music. Other iconic attractions including Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, Rainey St. and Downtown Austin are less than a 5 minute drive away. -Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.

-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Quick before school starts family trip

My husband and I took our two boys to Austin for a quick trip, before school starts. We had plenty of room, it was close to South Congress and all the other things we did. We even had movie night and swam in the pool. Super quiet and we had an amazing time.

Honestly, I wanna gatekeep the place. Good location. Can walk to S. Congress Ave.Well maintained. Updated. Don't let the look of the overall complex fool you. It's a nice unit with everything you need.My only minor complaints are that the main lock is a bit finicky, parking is a little tight but very manageable, and the carpet in the first bedroom needs replacing - the corner by the door is rolling up, so we constantly trip on it.I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice neighborhood! Great central location! Clean, well equipped apt. Comfortable bed. Had trouble getting info to unlock apt & stood out in hot afternoon for an hour trying. Hot water was tepid.😞. Overall a nice place to stay.

Getaway

Great location and stay! The water does take a very long time to warm up and the bathrooms are very dark which isn’t great for getting ready, but it was a great place to stay and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Overall wonderful stay and would stay again!

Comfortable and Clean Property

Great stay at a very comfortable and clean property. The host was professional, communicative, and accommodating. I will certainly consider The Renter’s Club properties for any future trips I make to ATX.

Great location, everything else was ok

The location of this place is very convenient and we enjoyed being able to walk to South Congress and the river. However, the bed sheets were very visibly stained, my friend got bit a lot by something in the smaller bed in the guest room both nights there, and there was no hot water until the very last day. The ironing board was also missing. The cabinets also had a lot of dust in them. The host was responsive when we communicated these concerns but unfortunately not much could be done

Family Trip for Dance Competition

When you pull into the parking lot it looks a little sketchy. Parking lot is very tight and narrow. But once you go inside the property is beautiful. Rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. Easily accommodated our family of 5. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Only negative is that the ceiling fans were extremely dirty as was the a/c filter as was vent. Was going to change the filter myself was didn’t want to get charged for anything.

Moldy and Musky

At first glance everything looked clean, however the fans and vents were very dusty (thick build up of dust) and we found very thick mold near the vent In the stand alone bathroom above the shower. I know it’s humid in Austin but having better ventilation and maybe an air purifier could help with the mold and the musky smell. Mold is definitely a health concern.

Had a great stay. Austin Marathon. Apartment is very clean. Great, updated decor. Plenty of linens & supplies. Located in a residential neighborhood. Not far from restaurants & downtown Austin by car. It is a 2nd floor apartment. Outside stairs, free parking. We did have a hot water issue, but that was resolved. Renters Club communicates in a very timely manner.

Clean and Convenient

Property was very clean and conveniently located within a 10 minute walk from places to eat/shop. We even walked to the Capitol building. The property supplied plenty of bath towels and everything else you would need to feel at home away from home. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place and good accomodations. Place smelled like pot the whole time and we had to take cold showers. Internet issues the first day but owners were very helpful in getting it resolved.

The place was great and the beds were comfortable. It was a great view of the city. We did not use the pool bc it was cold when we were there in January. We loved that we could walk to South Congress and shop and eat. Check out Home Slice pizza. Super yummy. The walkable score cannot be beat. Communication was good. This rental is up a flight of stairs for anyone who cannot do that. The clothes dryer did not work while we were there and we did not relaize this until after we had washed clothes the night before leaving. Thanks for the great family time in Austin.

Good location- details lacking

The location was great. South Congress street was within walking distance. The drive to downtown Austin was only 5 minutes. The property is at an old apartment complex. It’s redone inside but there were issues. The shower drains weren't open. The home didn’t have heat and this was needed on 30 degree mornings. Most importantly, the dryer did not have heat. This is an important detail as one assumes the dryer would dry cloths after washing. It was the night before we left and it didn’t make sense to call. For the most part, the property was clean, but the floors/carpets could have been better.

Locatioin and more

This location is the best for a long weekend or holiday trip to Austin. THe SOuth COngress location is just a wlak from night of music or to breakfast in am. Short uber scotter ride to city. Accomodations as described. Smallish common space but perfect for our occasional break from the fun and food. Two thumbs up.

Dirty floors and weed smell, but otherwise really nice!

I let them know we were coming into town for ACL festival, and they had all kinds of goodies there for us that really made our experience so much better: fanny pack, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, coozies, etc. Such a great touch! There was a weed smell everytime we came back in, but I think it was from the neighbors. The floors were really dirty, but everything else about the place was excellent.

A great weekend getaway!!!

Everyone knows that Austin is an amazing city, and even locals need to get away sometimes. My wife and I were attending a weekend event down town and, as locals, we knew what a perfect location this was. The property was amazing and even the small issue we had was resolved within minutes by the wonderful property manager. This property would be perfect for a couple, a family or a fun adult weekend getaway! Thanks for everything!!!

Perfect

It was so cute, and it reminded me of Melrose Place. The permanent residence seem young and hip. They were very nice and kind to our two young boys.The location was close to everything. Parking included. The pool was hot as heck (as expected due to the air temp being 105) I wasnt a fan, but the kids were in it every morning and night. The condo itself was just perfect! Clean. Had everything we needed. I liked the layout. If your coming to Austin this is the place to stay!! The management company was in close contact through the whole process, and had quick responses to any questions. Thanks for a great home during our family vacation
