5 bed/5 bath Hiking on Greenbelt Close to Zilker!

You`ll have both sides of a duplex. The sides are connected by a big, beautiful deck with a large, fully fenced in back yard. This means that you can all hang together for as long as you`d like, but you have separate space to unwind when you need it!
With two kitchens, you`ll have ample space to cook. With two living rooms you can have a kids movie night on one side and an adult movie night on the other! The possibilities are endless. Each side has 2.5 bathrooms.

The A side of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The 3 bedrooms include one king bed, one queen bed, and one bunk bed which has a full on the bottom and a single on the top.
The B side of the duplex has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms included one king bed and one full bed.
Both sides have full kitchens, a living room, and half bathrooms downstairs. Both sides have a washer and dryer. The driveway can easily fit 3 cars, and the cul-de-sac has free parking as well as the surrounding streets. All of which are very safe.

From the backyard, head down a private path directly to the greenbelt. Hiking trails are endless! If you head to the left at the bottom of the path and walk about 1 mile you`ll end up at Zilker park and Barton Springs Pool.

You`ll have the entire home (both sides of the duplex) to yourselves. The garage is not accessible for guests. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, cul-de-sac and surrounding streets. All parking is free.

I will be available via text/phone throughout your stay. I also live locally and can be available in person should you need me. I love sending guests recommendations on places to eat or sights to see. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have throughout your stay!
We do not allow cats.

Absolutely no smoking on the property is allowed. Failure to follow this rule will amount in a $500 fine.
