The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in the town of Ault, with sea views, just 100 metres from the beach. It measures 28 m² and can comfortably accommodate 3 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 10 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included, as is Wi-Fi – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 10 m² living area with a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps one person, and a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a hob, a filter coffee machine and a dining area with a side view of the sea
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, a cot, an iron and an ironing board.

The flat is ideally situated in Ault, near the Baie de Somme, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

If you choose to travel by car, you can park for free in the public car parks near the residence.

- The coastal path towards the Bois de Cise or Mers-les-Bains
- Ault Lighthouse, St Pierre’s Church and its belfry, the Bois de Cise, the ‘In the Footsteps of Victor Hugo’ trail, Notre-Dame-d’Onival Chapel, and the Hable d’Ault.
- Nearby: Mers-les-Bains with its colourful houses and mini-golf course.
- Le Tréport: funicular railway, the historic site of Kahl Burg, carved into the cliff in 1942, and St Jacques Church.
- Water sports: sailing lessons, equipment hire (kayaks, paddleboards, sailing boats, etc.).
