The name itself recalls the identity of a territory suspended between Liguria and Tuscany, characterized by landscapes that range from the sea to the mountains and an authentic and refined atmosphere. Renovated in 2021, the property stands out for its contemporary elegance with essential lines, to ensure comfort and functionality. Outside, the property offers an exclusive wellness experience: private pool, hot tub, sauna and equipped fitness area blend harmoniously into the landscape, creating an ideal environment for total relaxation. The location, about 800 m from the center of Albiano Magra, allows you to easily reach some of the most iconic destinations in the area, including the Cinque Terre and the renowned towns of the Tuscan and Ligurian coast.

Interiors:

The villa is on the ground floor for an area of about 170 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance; kitchen; living room with seating area and direct access to the veranda with dining table. Double bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with shower; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub; double bedroom; bathroom with shower. The washing machine is located in an adjoining external compartment.


Park:

The fenced garden is spread over a terraced area for an area of about 1500 square meters. Among olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation there is a sauna, a small gym (with exercise bikes and dumbbells) with a service bathroom, elegant lounge areas, the 2 x 2 m hot tub, the area with the table tennis table and the modern swimming pool adjacent to the veranda with dining table and the comfortable outdoor kitchen. The driveway gate leads to the private parking area for three parking spaces.N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.


Pool:

The pool is located at the villa level, at the exit of the veranda. Rectangular shape, with dimensions 10 x 5 m and a constant depth of 1.50 m. Purified with an automated chlorine system. It has counter-current swimming and a Roman access staircase. Solarium area of about 40 square meters equipped with sun loungers, small tables, sofas and two umbrellas. A shower with hot and cold water is available. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
