"The Hotel is walkable to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. So much to do on Penn Avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go up the elevator with out your room key. That is a great safety feature. Staff is excellent as well. "

The couch/pillows in room were stained and carpet needs replacing.

"The number one thing we liked about staying here was the friendly and helpful staff. Also, the rooms were spacious, having a fridge was helpful as we were bringing some food to an event in Pittsburgh and needed to keep it cool. The location was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good, too. Highly recommend."

The unique historical architecture was interesting, but the hotel was updated and had all the amenities that met our needs, including our private bath that was down the hall.
