La Cour d'Audouville

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Audouville-la-Hubert, at 5 km from the sea, this charming manor house of a surface of 300 m ² and being able to accomodate to 10 travellers. It is composed of a comfortable living room of 50 m², a dining room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen of 18 m², the first floor offers four beautiful bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms (with shower and bath).
On the ground floor there is an extra bedroom with shower room.
You can enjoy a lush park of about 3,000 m² including a fully walled garden of 2,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, fireplace (not functional).
- A dining room
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine with a dining area.
- A back kitchen
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140*190)
- An independent WC

On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160*200) with private bathroom
- Room 3: a queen-size bed (160*200)
- Room 4: two single beds
- Bedroom 5: two single beds
- Shower room
- A separate toilet.

On the 2nd floor, you will find a library.

Outside :
- A spacious summer kitchen with integrated barbecue
- Several terraces offering different exposures with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A beautiful garden of 2 000 m² entirely closed.
- An outbuilding is available for bikes or motorbikes and offers a sheltered play area with a table football.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The manor is ideally located in Audouville-la-Hubert, in the heart of the Utah beach landing zone, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in Sainte Mère Église or Sainte Marie du Mont (5 kms) as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Guided tour of the Cotentin Marshes on foot or by boat, walking tour of Beauguillot
- Relaxation on the beach, sand yachting or water activities: sailing, paddle, diving...
- Visit the D-Day landing sites: American cemetery, D-Day beaches and museums...
- Horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, golf, swimming, cinema.
- Discovery of the surrounding towns and villages: Sainte-Mère-Église, Bayeux, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, Barfleur, Cherbourg, La Hague.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the manor.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- We strongly advise you to come by car.
- Carentan train station is 15 km away (18 min by car).
- Caen Carpiquet airport located one hour away by car.

- Functional lounge fireplace, other decorative fireplaces.
- For the riders, possibility to welcome their horses in an adjoining grassland (price conditions by message). It is a field adjacent to the house which is about 4000m2, without shelter.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
