The pool area and pool house are the villa’s highlights, dedicated to relaxation: private pool available from June to late September (not heated), perfect for cooling off under the Ardèche sun. The summer kitchen and pool house, open June to September, offer a fully equipped outdoor living space for your summer days and evenings.



The accommodation is designed for families: one bedroom with a double bed, a second with a double bed and washbasin, and a third with a single bed. The bright living room features a TV, dining area, and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The modern bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet.



The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker, and mini dishwasher. At the entrance, a game room offers foosball, ping-pong table, and storage for bikes or strollers. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron, and baby equipment (bathtub, bath seat).
