Dejligt hotel i mange plan. Flot tagterrasse. Svær at finde. Kør til havnen og gå op dernede fra. Hotellet kan hjælpe med p-service 25€

Fremragende udsigt og lille hyggelig by.
Dette er en fantastisk lille by med rigtig god stemning og nok en af de bedste pizza-restauranter,La Palme. Klart et sted der kan anbefales. Man har den flotteste udsigt næste uanset hvor man går hen på bjerget, og en lille gåtur i gennem bjerget til Amalfi hvor der er mulighed for shopping osv. Men der er også et minus hvis man kører i egen bil hertil, der er næsten ingen parkeringsmuligheder udover et offentlig parkeringshus til 20€ i døgnet eller et privat p-firma til 30€ i døgnet. Dem brugte jeg da det var hotellet der skabte kontakten, det har jeg desværre har en kedelig oplevelse med, da de returneret bilen var den højre forfælg voldsomt ridset og det skal siges det er en hel ny og rimelig dyr fælg.(høj kantsten) og ridset forkofanger(klippevæg), disse skader var kommet mens den var i deres varetægt, dette ville de ikke erkende før de så at jeg havde taget billeder af bilen da de fik den og kørte væk med den.(den var fejlfri) og de er ikke forsikret så det gav en masse diskussion om hvem der skulle betale. Dette endte med at jeg fik 650€ til selv at udbedre skaden som render op i 1000€+det løse. Dette var en ærgerlig slutning på en ellers fantastisk ferie. Men som feriested, klar anbefaling herfra..kommer gerne igen bare ikke i den samme bil. Hvis man vil møde søde mennesker, god mad, god vin, god udsigt og flotte vandreture så er det her klart en af den flotteste steder i verden.

Alt for dyrt i forhold til kvalitet!!!
Hotellet er ikke tilgængeligt i bil, hvorfor det ville have været rart med en kørselsvejledning, som angav hvortil man skulle køre. Bagage skal bæres 70-80 trin op, yderst begrænset hjælp ved ankomst. Der var ikke motionscenter som annonceret. Alle ydelser med spa mm. var mod ekstra betaling. WiFi var af meget svingende karakter. På anden dagen blev kun det ene værelse rengjort, og kun fordi vi insisterede!!!

Amalfikysten her er bil ikke nødvendig.
Fantastisk sted, at bo midt i en lille by Atrani var vigtigt, der er roligt i f.h.t. Amalfi som man kan gå til på 10 minutter. Der er mange skønne gåture op i bjergene og udsigten i området er guddommelig. Bo dog ikke på dette hotel hvis du er gangbesværet. Prøv også at tage en tur med de lokale busser til Ravello,Scala og prøv at finde gode restauranter forskellige steder i området.

Lovely hotel close to everything
Lovely hotel close to everything. Sea views over the rooftops is incredible beautiful and can live up to a honeymoon if that is what it should. (Rooms facing the street has no view, since the streets are approx. 2 meters wide. But then you can go up on the lovely rooftop terrace). The hotel is located perfectly in the city with the morning sun on the balconies and shade in the afternoon. And the staircase up to the street entrance gives the magical experience that is typical of the city Atrani where the restaurants are better and cheaper than Amalfi. And where everything still retains something truly authentic Italian. (I wish I could keep it a secret) The hotel staff is super - very helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast is really good. The rooms are lovely and well-functioning. :-D

Property advertises valet parking however this is not available, no parking in the area unless you have a local permit. There is only one parking garage nearby that was completely full so we spent over 2 hours trying to find overnight parking. Additionally that request that you hand in your key any time you leave the hotel which we found was strange. Other than that the hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The few restaurants that were in Atrani were great.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was excellent with amazing views of the ocean and Atrani. Its location is great for getting to Amalfi and is quiet so you can get a good nights sleep away from the busy centre of Amalfi. The team at Palazzo Ferraioli are fantastic and so helpful and warm. The breakfast was very good as was the coffee and service. Some people have posted negative reviews for accessibility which I can understand but everything is documented in the listing. The hotel is located within a medieval city so lots of steps to climb! We would definitely stay again as 1 week is not enough to explore all that Campania has to offer. Thanks again for an unforgettable week.

Highly recommend, large room with amazing views
I loved my stay. The view from my room was spectacular. The room was very spacious and comfortable and I love that each room has its own unique twist. The location is great, it’s so much more peaceful than Amalfi, not dealing with the huge crowds and it’s only a 10 minute walk to Amalfi (use the pedestrian cave) when you do want to visit. Great restaurants and a nice beach! What really stood out was the service here. Carlo was perfect and so so helpful with my large luggage upon arrival and departure. He went above and beyond.

The rooftop terrace was fantastic with beautiful views of the town & sea to look down onto. The breakfast was extensive & the room was very pleasant. With it being a 5 minute walk to Amalfi, the location was perfect. Would recommend!

Excellent Full Service Hotel
This was a lovely hotel with surprisingly robust amenities for a tiny town (spa, etc.) The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the view from our room was gorgeous. The service was above and beyond, especially Carmela and Carlo. We felt welcome and well cared for and would certainly stay again.

Anbefales!!
Et opphold her er absolutt å anbefale. Fantastisk takterrasse, nydelig frokost og veldig hyggelige ansatte. Atrani er mye roligere enn Amalfi, men like flott, og bare 10 minutters gange mellom dem.

Carlo was my super hero. He carried our bags up allwyways with steep steps to the hotel. Then was there, with a smile, to help with any issues we had. He is the best. Excellent hotel.

Great Option if Visiting the Amalfi Coast
Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel provided a memorable experience for my wife and I celebrating our anniversary. It is a slight challenge to locate, but the locals in Atrani are very helpful and guided us to the appropriate alley way. If you contact the hotel upon arrival, they will assist you with your luggage up the stairs and to your room, which at that point you will not get lost trying to locate the hotel. My cellphone was not operable so we took our luggage up the stairs ourselves, which was a bit of a challenge....there are to say a few steps you must climb to reach the hotel reception. The room we stayed in was 503, and the view was amazing. The room is very spacious and they provide you with plenty of towels, robes, slippers, bath products. Our only slight displeasure was the air conditioner in the room only works when the key is inserted into the room slot and the windows are closed. Since we visited in hot August, the room upon entry from a day of walking around Atrani, Amalfi, Positano was very hot and stuffy, but after about 30 minutes was comfortable. Staff here at the hotel made for a very intimate and welcoming setting. I cannot say enough about Carlo. He works what seems everywhere in Atrani. Everything we asked for, Carlo delivered with a great attitude and made us felt welcome. The result was one of my most memorable vacations I have ever had. The breakfast buffet was decent. We did eat on the roof one night and the meal and drinks were wonderful.

For those seeking an Amalfi Coast stay as well as cost-cutting and quiet, Atrani in general and the Palazzo Ferraioli is a sweet and satisfying find. Yes--there are those 80 plus stone stairs to the first floor--but where on the Amalfi Coast do you not have to climb up and up enjoy its riches and scenic gifts? Lovely complimentary breakfast. Carlos is the smiling, funny, and ever helpful strongman to get luggage up and down those stairs.

Loved this place! If you want to go to the Amalfi coast stay in Atrani it is waaaaaay less populated and the town of Amalfi is just around the corner (maximum 10 minute walk!!) Hotel Palazzo was amazing the staff was very friendly, the masseuse & the roof top server were especially excellent. There is a lot of stairs to get to it but they will meet you at the bottom & carry your bags for you. They have a spa and rooftop jacuzzis as an extra bonus! The view from the big open windows is also a must see!

Just came back from our 20 year anniversary Eurotrip and our last stop was the Amalfi Coast for 4 days! Looked over multiple hotels and decided to stay here in Palazzo Ferraioli because of the amazing pictures and service reviews, and it did not disappoint at all. First, let me say that yes, there are stairs as everywhere in here, and it is part of the experience and charm of the Amalfi Coast, but what really stands out in this hotel is the service! Vincenzo, Daniela and Carlo and such a great group of people, always with a smile on their faces and ready to make your stay as great as it can be! First day we came tired from France, and just booked what I considered “the best massage I’ve ever had”. This is not your typical “Fancy Spa massage”, but a real massage from Daniela, that will wake up your senses and leave you ready for your whole vacation, just Amazing! Then Vincenzo at the reception, the guy is always happy, smiling and ready to tell you where to go, your best options for transportation, what makes sense and not, where to eat to avoid “tourist traps” etc, he was so helpful and attentive all the trip. And then you have Carlo, guy is just a “character”, typical Italian dude with a smile and such a customer oriented attitude that you just can’t keep quiet around him. In summary, beautiful hotel, amazing views from room and Solarium, superb customer service. Thank you Vincenzo, Daniela, Carlo and Antonella for such a wonderful attention during our 20th Anniversary!

Staff are all friendly and location is wonderful . We would definitely go back . Breakfast is a nice plus with delicious cappuccino. The only negative is the steps leading to up to the hotel but once you arrive it is worth it. The rooftop is superb.

Not a 4 star
Didn’t start off great. Checked in before time and was ushered to the upstairs patio to have a drink and snack while we waited for our room only to sit there for an hour and never got service. Once we got our room, the door wouldn’t shut without slamming it, the robes had holes in them, there was a weird card someone had left that was under the sheets (ie, questions if they changed the sheets), and the final kicker was we had 2 cockroaches in our room.

So, I have very mixed emotions about our stay here. Beautiful spot, wonderful and accommodating staff! The property is very dated and in dire need of a refresh. The rooms are not well appointed and worthy of a 4-star rating, so be prepared. Atrani is a lovely, quiet village with great restaurants and very little going on. Short walk to Amalfi if you want shopping and a more lively environment. All in all, I would go back with a more realistic expectation.

Read this before you book this property. Pros: 1. Day reception is very nice. 2. The porters are amazing. 3. If you pay extra for a room with a view, it’s an amazing view. Cons: 1. If you need the elevator, which we did, there are 84 uneven, angled stairs to get to the entrance, before you even get to the elevator to go to the rooms. 84. Every time you come back to the hotel. 2. The wifi is sporadic at best. It never worked at night and hardly during the day. 3. If you call the night desk for help, you’ll get excuses and “not my job” - if he answers your call at all. 4. Our room was infested with ants around the balcony doors. We called for help. He sent someone with an almost empty can of bug spray. We were left to spray and kill them ourselves. 5. You are only allowed one room key. You need it to work the lights in the room. You have to return it to the front desk whenever you leave the property “for security”. Seriously. You can’t take your key with you. 6. That being said, they know when no one is in the room. We were very careful to put the “do not disturb” sign on the door as we were leaving, but they knew we weren’t there. They went in and cleaned anyway. Our stuff was moved. I never would have allowed cleaning without packing and locking my suitcases. The sign was left inside the room on the desk. For me, this is a huge violation of privacy. 7. The 8 min walk to amalfi is 15 min per google, no sidewalks.
