Beautiful place, very clean. The owners were beyond helpful, nice and accommodating. Even though Mother Nature did not cooperate, we had a fabulous time. Beautiful town, amazing hosts and fantastic accomodations.

Perfect Family Getaway

David and Marianne are wonderful hosts. They’ve thought of everything to welcome you to Brigantine, from providing a well-equipped, beautiful place to stay, to giving you the lay of the land with recommendations. Brigantine is a short drive to Atlantic City as well as to the beaches between AC and Cape May. We had two children in our group and they loved bunking together especially with the huge TV in the room! They said they felt like they were at the movies! My favorite times of the day were spent on the front patio, whether it was with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. You can walk to nearly everything you’d need from this house, which we really loved. The beach is huge so a beach cart is a good option to bring. I was so happy we didn’t have to pack beach chairs or an umbrella as they’re provided! Tiki Taco, Jersey Cow Ice Cream and Ernest and Son down the street are musts. Thank you so much for all of the thought you put into your rental and your guests! Looking forward to next time already!!

Perfect!

The house was immaculate and at the same time comfortable with an open feel. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and had thought of every detail to make our time there special. The walk to the beach was easy. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend Sea La Vie!

Could not ask for more

The property was absolutely beautiful, so spacious and great location, walking distance to shops, ice cream, beach. Stayed last week with my husband, my son, daughter in-law and three kids, ages 1, 2 and 3. When I spoke to Marianne about the booking, my concern was the noise 3 little kids make and having the owners upstairs. They assured me the units were soundproofed and I never heard them and they didn't hear us or the 2 year-old meltdown at 1am. It was perfect for our family since no stairs were involved. There is a wonderful front porch with plenty of seating and also a great backyard area with grills. Propane was replaced promptly but two grills were available so it wasn't an issue while we were cooking. The place was spotless and we didn't need a thing. But probably the best part was the hosts Marianne and Dave who were responsive, kind, just lovely people. We can't wait to go back!

Nice beach rental

This is a very nice beach rental, located 2 blocks from the beach, actually 10 minutes walk to the beach. ACME grocery store, Tiki Talco and ice cream shop within walking distance. The neighborhood is nice. The house next door was in the remodeling process and it was some noise from 9 am during the week days but it was tolerable. The rental is as pictured, it is the lower level of the house and the upper level is occupied by the owners with 2 separate entrances. There are 2 outdoor spaces for the renters to use, in the front and and in the back which are very nice, with chairs, tables and grills. The house is clean and the kitcehn is fully stocked, even a Ninja which came in very handy as we love smoothies. The bunk bed room had a musty odor but once we notified the owners they washed the curtains and brought an air purifier which we used daily and the smell went away. Maryanne and her husband are very nice, they are great hosts, very responsive and willing to help with anything the guests might need, the wecoming bottle of wine and gifts are a very nice touch. Thank you for having us!

Perfect getaway for Labor Day Weekend

Marianne and Dave were wonderful hosts. The house is immaculate and spacious. The outdoor space is perfect for hanging out and they were so welcoming and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

Awesome Beach House

Beautiful house with all the amenities. Outdoor showers (yes two!) are wonderful after the beach. Outdoor space for cornhole, wiffle ball, and football. Tiki Tacos are within easy walking distance and a family favorite.

Brig vacay

Great place for a small family. Beds were great, furnishings are nice. My teens loved the TVs Location is very accessible to restaurants, ice cream etc! Owners were very helpful and nice.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

My family of 4 and my 90 year old mother came for the week and it was a wonderful time. The house is newly remodeled with many features and conveniences that we enjoyed. Coming from California, we appreciated having the beach tags, beach chairs and beach umbrella to take to the beach. We used the outdoor shower at the end of each beach day and it was so nice to have privacy and hot water. The house itself is comfortable, very clean with a well-stocked kitchen with sharp knives (a must for anyone that enjoys cooking). The smart tvs were a nice feature as well as the key pad entry to the front. We used the front porch to enjoy a glass of wine. The location is within walking distance to Aunt B's ice cream (a local favorite), the grocery store, CVS, mini golf and of course the beach. I was ready to give up when I couldn't find a rental this summer and was so glad to find this house! Marianne and David are quick with their communication and were always available to troubleshoot any issues. We appreciated the clear instructions about the house and the tour when we first arrived. Thanks for a great week!

Lovely house

This house would be hard to beat

The condition, layout, and extent to which it was equipped with all the essentials you would need for your stay could not have been improved upon. The hosts were incredibly helpful, quickly responded to any questions, and even showed up to greet us upon arrival. We would highly recommend staying here

The house was perfect, clean, modern, the landlords thought of everything! We stay in Brigantine every summer and this was one of the best houses we've ever stayed in. Marianne and David are delightful. We will definitely be back!

Brigantine Vacation Getaway

The property was as-advertised and well maintained by the owners Marianne and David. Both met my family and I upon check-in to provide a tour of the house and necessary information. Great experience in this Brigantine location, would recommend anyone to rent from Marianne and David based on their exceptional dialogue/open communication about the property and overall friendly nature.

Great Rental

We had a fabulous vacation in this extremely clean, well equipped home. From making the reservation to the time we left, everything was flawless. Maryanne was readily available to answer any questions and make recommendations for a great time. The house was in a perfect location - close to the beach and town. We would not hesitate to rent this property again as wel as give it the highest rating.
