This charming 2BD/2BA unit has cozy sleeping arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, an outdoor seating area with BBQ, and much more! Enjoy a relaxing stay all while soaking in the sea breeze and creating unforgettable moments.

Spacious and inviting, this unit is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. With an abundance of natural light and wonderful amenities, enjoy this space with all the comforts and convenience to make for a perfect stay.

LIVING AREA:
-The unit has a comfortable living room with seating, a comfortable couch and a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy the cozy, mature and well designed living area.

SUNROOM:
-Directly adjoining the living room with a queen couch sleeper
-The sunroom does have curtains to close off from the living room for additional privacy

KITCHEN:
-The kitchen is equipped with ample cabinets, appliances and all the features you will need to prepare meals.

BEDROOMS:
-2 Bedrooms : Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes wall mounted smart TV’s and cozy bed linens.

BEDROOM 1- The master bedroom features 1 King-sized bed, a closet, and a dresser for all your storage needs.
BEDROOM 2- 1 Full-sized bed and 1 Bunk Bed (twin bed over full bed)

2 FULL BATHROOMS: 1 Full Bathroom with tub/shower and 1 Full Bathroom with stand up shower.

OUTDOOR:
- Enjoy relaxation and fun outdoors with a spacious outdoor seating area and convenient BBQ grill set up in the driveway.
- There is a shared front seating area with charming Adirondack-style chairs, offering a serene spot to sip morning coffee or soak up the salt water breeze

AMENITIES:
The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more!


ACCESS & ENTRY:
-This property is a multi unit. This unit is one of two apartments in the property. This is the first floor unit. All living spaces, entrances, and amenities are completely separate.
- Guests will have full access to this 1st floor unit, the driveway at and the outdoor space on the driveway
- The front outdoor space is shared.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-Guests may use the driveway that can fit 2 vehicles.
-Additional vehicles may park directly on street where available.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and their properties when parking.

BEACH TAGS:
-9 Beach Tags will be provided.
-If beach tags are missing, there will be a $50 replacement fee.
(beach tags are only provided during the on season between Memorial Day and Labor Day)

MAIL:
-Please do not ship items to the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-Property located in a beach style city environment; potential for noise from cars or local foot traffic.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.

HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At "The Salt Life Retreat", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

AMENITIES:
-WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety.
-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

-If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings.
-Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees.
-Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments.
-Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Please review before booking.

OTHER DETAILS:
-Margate City is a barrier island; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
-Beaches tags are provided. Beach amenities are not provided.
-Personalized house guide with local information, suggestions, and recommendations.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beds for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed let us know before check in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

HOUSE RULES
BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.
AMENITIES and SUPPLIES
Basic essentials are provided. Once they run out, guests must purchase additional supplies.
One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in.
VIOLATIONS and PENALTIES
Violations may result in: Denied entry or immediate removal without refund
