Ducktown is an urban, coastal neighborhood located in Atlantic City. It spans from Texas Avenue to Missouri Avenue. The nearest communities are Ventnor City, Ventnor Heights, Chelsea Heights, and Atlantic City.
This community has a rich Italian history that goes back to the early 20th century.

The community is home to several historical landmarks. Some of these include:

1926 - Dante Hall Theater of the Arts - located on Mississippi Avenue
1929 - Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall - formerly the Historic Atlantic City Convention Hall - located on the Boardwalk

We have a Smart TV in our living room. You will have access to sign into applications like Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. We do not have cable.

FIREPLACE
Our fireplace in the living room is an electric fireplace. Please remember to turn off if not in use and when you leave the property.

PARKING
Parking spot- First come, first serve in parking lot in front of building. Please do not take more than 1 spot as this is a shared lot with the whole building complex.

PETS
We allow 1 dog 50lbs and less. Unfortunately our daughter is allergic to cats so we can`t allow them in the home. =(

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
