Direct oceanfront location on Brigantine's 13th Street beach, just steps from the sand. Prime A-Zone location in the center of Brigantine, overlooking Laguna Grill and Beach bar playing live music (stops at 10pm). Walking distance to the center of town with multiple restaurants, retail stores, ice cream shops, arcade, etc. Short drive or Uber to Atlantic City. 8 Beach tags, beach chairs, kayaks, and boogie boards are also provided for use. Since the kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs and other items are stored in the garage, there is just the driveway spot for parking on the 1306 side.

On the first floor we have an entry foyer and one bedroom with a king size bed, 40 inch TV and twin day bed with twin trundle bed underneath. A full bathroom is also on the first floor with a shower. Nice privacy for a couple or small family.

The second floor features a living room with vaulted ceilings and glass doors that open onto a covered oceanfront balcony with Polywood furniture with a view of the beach. The dining room features a new dining set with seating for eight. There is a small breakfast nook in the kitchen for dining as well. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and its own small balcony with a new Weber grill. The kitchen is well equipped with all new dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. There is a new toaster and conventional coffee maker which are not pictured.

The third floor features a master bedroom with sweeping beach and ocean views from a private balcony. The master also features a king size bed with a 40' flat screen TV and connects to the tiled master bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs features a queen size bed and a twin bed and a 32' flat screen tv. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms feature ample closet space and dressers. All of the upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is another full bathroom on the 3rd floor that is shared by the smaller bedrooms. The house has a laundry room on the third floor with a washer and dryer. Sheets/towels and toiletries are the responsibility of the guest.

Wifi is provided and there is an outdoor shower.
