OC Cottage

This 2-story cozy and welcoming Northend Ocean City cottage is detached and sits by itself. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, just a small walk from the famous Ocean City beaches and boardwalk, it is the perfect choice for small families or couples looking to get away without breaking the bank.

YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE: The front porch is the best feature of the house. You will sit on the front porch - morning, noon, or night - and get a nice breeze off the ocean. 6 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are stocked in the shed so you don't have to worry about packing or renting them. There is also an outside shower for a quick rinse after a sandy day on the beach and 1 off-street parking space for mid-sized car located in the alleyway behind the home.
LIVING ROOM: The living room and dining area are well lit. An over-sized sofa and 2 big chairs are perfect for curling up with a good book or watching a movie after a long day at the beach. 32" Smart TV, cable and wireless Internet are available in the cottage.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST NOOK: The kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick meal before heading out to the beach in the morning, or serving up some take-out from one of the fabulous eateries in town at night - menus for many of them are in a drawer in the living room! It is well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils and everything else you need, including a dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator. The kitchen table in the breakfast room seats up to 4 people, or you can move out to the dining area in the living room, where the table can seat up to 6. If you need to run a quick load of laundry, there’s a washer and dryer just off the kitchen, as well as a half bathroom for convenience.

BED/BATH: The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own window AC unit, as well as a window unit in the living room. There is also a ceiling fan in all 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. We supply the bedspreads, pillows, mattress pads and blankets, but you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
