Situated just 3 blocks from the beach and just steps from the bay, you get the absolute best of the Jersey Shore right at your fingertips.

The Layout & Rooms
The Living Room (Entrance)
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a bright, modern living space designed for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Features a sleek, comfortable sofa/futon that easily converts into a King-size bed.

Equipped with a Roku Smart TV featuring `Guest Mode,` so you can securely log into all your own streaming apps without worrying about logging out when you leave.

The Sleeping Quarters (Down the Corridor)
A central hallway separates the living space from the bedrooms to give everyone peace, privacy, and a quiet place to sleep.

Bedroom 1: Features one Queen-size bed with a brand-new mattress and premium linens.

Bedroom 2: Perfect for kids, teens, or singles. Features two beds: one standard Twin bed and one Twin XL bed.

The Bathroom: A pristine, brand-new full bathroom is conveniently located right between the bedrooms in the hallway.

The Kitchen (Back of the House)
At the rear of the home, you will find a gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchen ready for you to cook full family meals or just prep beach snacks.

Major Appliances: Brand-new refrigerator, electric range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Small Appliances: Start your morning right with the provided coffee machine and teapot.

Fully Stocked: We provide all the plates, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans you will need during your stay.

Additional Perks & Amenities
In-Unit Laundry: A private washer and dryer are located right in the unit and are completely free for you to use. Perfect for washing those sandy beach towels!

Street parking in Ventnor usually has a strict 4-hour limit, but we have you covered! We provide our guests with 2 neighborhood street parking permits so you can park on our block or neighboring streets
1. No parties please.
We love hosting respectful guests, and to maintain a peaceful experience for everyone, we have a strict no parties or event policy.
Please note that any unauthorized gatherings or parties will be subject to $500 fine and immediately reservation cancellation, and will not go unnoticed.

2. No smoking and no drug use is permitted on the property, will result in $500 fine.

3. No unauthorized guests.

4. Must recycle trash.

5. Pet Policy:
- Dog-friendly unit (dogs under 90 lbs only)
- 50$ one-time pet fee per stay
- No cats allowed. Will result in 200$ extra charge!
- Please Note:
Dogs must be crated if left alone in the unit
- No dangerous breeds or Pit Bulls are permitted.

6. Please note:
Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 25 years or older.


- Local residents are not eligible for instant book and host have a right to cancel reservation to prevent possible parties, if you are local - please send direct message prior to booking.

- We provide 2 parking permits that allows you to park on the street parking within the block of the home.

PARKING info
Because of Street Sweeping on Tuesdays only please switch sides left-right sides of the street!
NO parking on the right side from 1-3 pm (Tuesday only)
NO parking on the left side from 10-12 pm (Tuesday only)

The permit must be displayed on your vehicle’s rearview mirror at all times.
A lost permit will incur a $200 replacement fee per permit.

- Check out time is at 11 am. If guests are late from 30 min to 1 hr - 50 dollars fee will be charged
1hr to 2hrs - half of the daily basis rate will be charged
2hrs + full daily basis rate will be charged with no right of possession of the property or occupying it for another night

- All primary guests should have valid phone number for communication.

- Undeclared guests, exceeding max occupancy limit are subject for daily fee 50 dollars per day per extra person and subject to removal from the property if not discussed with owner prior check-in

- If guest have any complaint about the property amenity or something isn`t working properly, guest must provide access to owner or owner`s contractor in order for the
owner to fix the problem.

- Extensive cleaning beyond normal cleaning will be charged additionally - 100 dollars

- Please Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm till 8 am.

- Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

- To help prevent the A/C system from freezing and ensure it operates properly, please do not set it below 68°F (20°C)

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS
We have security camera to monitor street and entrance to the building only. No devices are inside the property or any common areas of the building.
Security cameras are installed at the common stairs between floors and back exits of the building, public areas only for safety reasons.
