Located in Brigantine's desirable A-zone and 5th house from the beach! We provide an elegant, high-end contemporary professional design.

The house features an, elevator, heated pool, & entertainment areas. Please note that the pool is available from April to October.

We provide all the linens, towels, & pool towels you'll need. As well as beach chairs, beach tags, & a beach cooler to use.

*25 years or older to rent.
* No bachelor/bachelorette parties, or senior week.
*Quiet hours 9pm to 8am

Wonderful!
We loved our stay! The house is super clean, modern and in great condition. The elevator was a huge plus for our family (and aging parents) and it allowed us to transport everything and everyone around the house. The pool was so lovely and beach is so close by and easy to access. We will definitely rent here again.

Vinebergs love Brigantine!
expected more of a gourmet kitchen (utensils, etc.) i.e. no garlic press, hand mixer, hand juicer for lemons. wine opener was broken, lack of baking dishes for casseroles. Hooks for outdoor shower. would love room darkening shades in bedrooms. But soooo many positives, location, front porch, great kids room, beautiful beach chairs and wagon. fabulous pool. quick responses when we did have issues.. extra fridges and beautiful bar area downstairs. Thanks so much!

Spring Break Staycation
We live close by, but wanted a change of scenery for our short spring break… this home and location were perfect. Relaxation, and beautiful surroundings made this the perfect trip. The home is spacious, luxurious and beautifully kept. We enjoyed our time here so much, thank you!

Beautiful Property
I stayed in the house with a large group of my cousins. They had a blast in this three floor home. It was clean, there was plenty of space for all of us. Our only drawback is the fact that we stayed in March, instead of spending a weekend in the summer here. We will definitely be rebooking either this house or house with the same company. This house is a great listing at a great price.

Perfect getaway
The property was pristine . We were 10 adults that had plenty of space to socialize and have fun . It was winter so we didn’t enjoy any of the outdoor amenities but we did get to enjoy so time on the ample decks. Would definitely go back

ANOTHER fantastic weekend...
Prompt replies and routine communication with home owner/property manager made planning our weekend all the easier. Property is as advertised. A beautiful, spacious and clean home. Our group has stayed here multiple times, and we see no need to search for an alternate location.

the house was as beautiful as seen on the website. easy access to the beach in a lovely residential neighborhood. we had a group of, at times, 11, but it could have held a few more. pool was heated and a neat place to congregate post-beach. lovely, big sitting rooms for watching movies/sports. well furnished and very comfortable. kitchen had everything you need. we will rent again!

Great extended family getaway
We loved the property! Plenty of individual and group space for 10 adults and one infant. Property was well-kept and beautifully furnished, and managers were helpful and available. Property is a short walk to a beautiful beach as well as family friendly restaurants, and Atlantic City is a short drive away. Highly recommend

Beautiful house, great space and so close to the beach
Beautiful house that easily accommodated a group of 13 ladies. Very spacious and has all amenities needed. The pool was warm even though the day was a bit cold and windy. Host is very responsive and flexible. Location is great - a little over a block from the beach and 15 mins drive to AC where we went out for dinner and drinks. Uber ride back was so easy! Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful trip
The house was lovely and well appointed. The space worked great for our group and even though it rained a bit, sitting on the large covered front porches was still very nice. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would rent again!

Great family house
This house is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, nicely decorated. My family stayed here to celebrate my grandma's birthday and it was perfect because everyone had their own bedroom. It was also great for my grandma because there was an elevator in the house so she did not have to worry about taking the stairs. The host was great at communicating with us before check in, during our stay, and after check in. This was my families 2nd time staying in this house and I believe we will be back in the future!

Escape to Atlantic City-Spa Retreat! Self-Care! Meditation & Spiritual Disciplines
The Host, Melissa and her office Manager Joe (of the Luxury Villa - Pool, Elevator) were the most gracious and accommodating hosts ever. Thank you Melissa for providing the most beautiful, elegantly decorated, comfortable, spa like space anyone could ever ask for. The property did not disappoint. It was just as presented on the website. The kitchen was immaculate and fully furnished, bedrooms comfortable and spacious, beautifully updated bathrooms, and two open area living spaces that provided breathtaking views of the balconies and pool. The elevator made it easier to travel from the first to the third floor. The women were blown away by being in such a luxurious, tranquility place right near the beach. The retreat like atmosphere allowed all of us the opportunity * to come together, * to rest and relax, and * to be restored physically, emotionally and spiritually. Birthday getaway
We checked in on Friday and upon arrival at the house we were pleased with what we saw. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.the house his well maintained and everything was organized. We were a party of 12 and there were a lot a space to accommodate everyone.I would definitely recommend this house to anyone of my friends and family .

Girls Weekend Getaway
What a gorgeous home! Plenty of room to spread out with 2 living rooms and so many bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with an oven I would die to have at home! Owner was very responsive & accommodating to our inquiries. I only wish it was summertime so we could enjoy the pool and the porches. Perfect!
