  • Welcome to Dockside Den, a stylish 3-bedroom waterfront retreat is perfect for families or friends, this cozy coastal getaway offers comfortable living spaces, relaxing water views, and a spacious deck to unwind. Located just minutes from the beach, boardwalk, casinos, dining, and nightlife, Dockside Den is the perfect home base for your next shore escape.

    MAIN LEVEL:
    -The living room Includes a smart TV, a comfortable couch, a futon daybed for sleeping and an electric fireplace. (there is no cable for the TVs only streaming apps)
    - The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities needed to prepare a meal, along with an island for seating
    -This space is perfect for guests to relax and enjoy a comfortable setting.

    2.5 BATHROOMS:
    - Half Bathroom on the main level
    - Full Bathroom in the hallway on the 2nd floor
    - Full Bathroom ensuite in Bedroom 1 on the 2nd floor

    OUTDOOR:
    -Enjoy the deck off of the kitchen with seating
    - Bedroom 1 on the 2nd floor has a small balcony

    HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
    At "Dockside Den", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

    CLEANING:
    Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

    HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
    As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

    AMENITIES:
    -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety.
    -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
    -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
    -No laundry detergent is provided.
    -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

    RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES:
    -If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings.
    -Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees.
    -Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments.
    -Guests may request to change booking dates up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability and possible rate differences. Within 14 days, date changes are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
    -Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Please review before booking.
    -VRBO Trip Protection suggested for added coverage.
    -After booking, guests will receive a secure link to complete a rental agreement and guest verification through our third-party guest portal. This should be completed prior to check-in to avoid delays

    OTHER DETAILS:
    We are always happy to welcome families! Please note that the property is not childproof, and children must be always supervised by an adult for safety.
    -Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
    -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
    -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
    -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.
    -Atlantic City is an urban environment and, like many cities across the U.S., it can occasionally have a lively or city-like atmosphere. This may include noise from neighbors or occasional police activity in the surrounding areas. It is also a diverse cultural city, with a mix of people, backgrounds, and experiences that make it unique. While this is not uncommon for a city setting, we encourage guests to consider this when booking, especially if you’re seeking a quieter experience.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    -Respectful behavior requested due to close proximity of homes.
    -This is NOT a party house. City-wide quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
    -We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home.
    -Please monitor noise levels, especially during the night.
    -You must be 21 and over to book.
    -We ask that you please read the house rules and listing in full when booking.

    OUR COMMITMENT:

However, we acknowledge that achieving absolute perfection in a private residence may be unrealistic. If a flawless experience is your expectation, a vacation property rental might not align with your preferences.     -Please note that there are steps to enter this home.
    -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.
    -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

    KEYLESS ENTRY:
    -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

    PARKING:
    -There is no designated parking for this property.
    - It is on street parking for this property.
    -Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks.
    -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
    -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
