Nestled on Absecon Island, Ventnor sits just south of Atlantic City, offering a serene, small‑town atmosphere with a beachy charm. The bay is just a half a block away, with the beach only a few blocks in the other direction.

DAMAGE WAIVER:
The charge listed as “insurance fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Property
There are two units at the property one on top of the other. This is unit B (2nd floor), which is over top of a first floor unit.

TV`s:
All of our Tv`s are Smart Tv`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

PARKING:
Street parking is available and free - no permit required.

STAIRS
There are approximately eight steps leading up to the entrance. The front door opens directly into the cozy living room.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- Failure to return parking permit will result in $150 fee per permit not returned
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
