Total bedding includes three kings, one queen, one double, one twin, and one twin bunk.

Ground Floor: There is a den on this level with a TV, a queen sleeper sofa, a twin bed, a twin bunk set, a full bathroom, and patio access. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV, and access to a shared bathroom.

Level One: Bedroom #2 has a double bed, a TV, and access to a shared bathroom. This level houses the main living area with a TV and deck access as well as the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 is an oceanfront room with a king bed, a TV, a private bathroom, and deck access. Bedroom #4 is another oceanfront king with a TV, a priate bathroom, and deck access. Bedroom #5 has a queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom.

Additional Amenities: This home has Roku access for your streaming needs. You can also enjoy sitting on a furnished deck and taking in the salty ocean breeze whenever you'd like from this beachfront marvel! An elevator makes traveling between levels such a convenience! Enjoy the private pool and hot tub the property has to offer!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
