--Construction of a new pool equipment room will be ongoing thru March 2026. During this time, the pool area — including the bathrooms and beach access located there — will be inaccessible. Guests may access the beach from inside the L Building by using the doorway near Unit 120. Please expect construction-related noise and visible debris while this project is underway. Pool opens 4/5/26.
--Exterior shingle work on the L Building (starting on the west side between stacks 28–39) will begin on March 2 2026 and is expected to last approximately 6 weeks. Guests may experience construction noise and limited parking near the L building during this time.

Notes:

- NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS - at least 5 Days in Advance.

- This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in.

- You must pick up your parking passes and pool bands from the on-site office on the day of check-in. On-site office also has complex WIFI password.

- No boats or trailers are allowed on the property.

- There are 4 HOA onsite dumpsters for garbage disposal.

- Coin operated Laundry Room is located in Building L.

- There is only one elevator per building. Building "L" elevator is located on the Ocean Side between Rooms 131 and 132. Building "K" elevator is located on the Ocean Side between Rooms 167 and 168.

- A Place at the Beach does have a single beach Wheelchair that can be signed out for use at the office located on the property.

Rents Weekly Sunday-Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
