- Do not congregate or grill in the front yard—please use the backyard for any outdoor activities.
- Trash must be bagged and placed in the designated bins only. Please do not leave loose trash or overflow at the curb.
- Be mindful of our neighbors at all times—this includes parking only in approved areas and keeping voices down when entering or leaving the property.

Other things to note
➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in

➤ Events require prior approval, so please inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $400 and those with large productions start at $1000.

➤ For your safety and peace of mind, this property is equipped with security features including Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras.

➤ There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted.

☀ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in upon request; please let us know your needs, and we will do our best to assist.

☀ Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essential supplies, including shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. Please note these items are intended to get you started and are not restocked during your stay.
