The location is excellent for quick trips into downtown Atlanta and into the great neighborhoods near by. There is even a Publix within in quick walking distant if you need anything. It is quite, has a small balcony overlooking a courtyard....is very nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. The host responded to us for a problem we had on entering very quickly. The pool is not a real pool for swimming but for floating and relaxing and my grandson enjoyed the workouts available in the small gym. Definitely reccommend.

The interior of this rental was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable upon arrival. However, there was a noticeable, lingering smell of weed inside the house throughout our stay, which was a major drawback to an otherwise clean space. On a positive note, the host was very accommodating with our schedule, which we appreciated since we needed to reschedule a few times prior to arrival.Potential renters should also be aware before booking that this individual unit is located inside the Crest at Midtown Apartments complex. While the inside of the apartment itself is nice, the broader building and surrounding location come with several distinct downsides. The property struggles with notable safety and security issues, particularly due to broken or compromised security gates in the parking garage and around the perimeter. The common areas, hallways, and grounds are also poorly maintained by the building management, leading to frequent issues with trash and overall cleanliness outside the unit. Furthermore, because of its dense urban location, guests should expect heavy traffic noise and a hectic environment.If you are looking strictly for a clean space with an accommodating host right next to downtown amenities like the neighboring Publix, the interior of this unit holds up well. However, if building security, fresh air, and a well-maintained property environment are important to your stay, you may want to look at other options in the area.

My mother and two brothers checked in August 12 and were scheduled to check out August 17. They traveled to Atlanta to celebrate my graduation and earning my Master’s degree.Following graduation on August 14, family members briefly gathered at the property for dinner. My mother and brothers were the three registered overnight guests. One of my brothers is an amputee who uses a motorized wheelchair, which makes finding accessible accommodations especially important.That evening, an issue arose regarding the property's visitor/occupancy policy, and my family was required to leave before their scheduled checkout. We understand and respect that hosts have rules that must be followed. However, we were disappointed with the communication and how quickly the situation escalated. We would have appreciated an opportunity to discuss the misunderstanding and determine whether another resolution was available.Because this occurred late in the evening, my mother and brothers spent several hours searching for alternative accommodations that could meet my brother's accessibility needs. Unfortunately, this significantly affected what was otherwise supposed to be a special family celebration.The property itself was beautiful, convenient, and well suited for their stay. I would simply recommend that future guests carefully review the visitor policy before having anyone stop by, even temporarily.
