Karyatis Luxury Maisonette offers a combination of Athens’ ancient heritage and modern luxuries. A short two-minute walk leads you to Dionysiou Areopagitou street, which encircles the Acropolis, and other nearby landmarks include the Ancient Theatre of Dionysus, the Acropolis Museum, Hadrian’s Arch, and the Temple of Olympian Zeus. The neighbourhood of Koukaki, where the Maisonette is located, has transformed into a hip and casual area, with a variety of low-key bars, cafes, and restaurants. The Maisonette is conveniently situated close to the Acropolis Metro, Thissio Rail, and Monastiraki Metro Rail stations, allowing guests to explore the city without a car. From the upper level loft terraces, guests can enjoy a view of the Herodion Atticus Odeon theatre and the illuminated Acropolis by night.



As you step inside the exquisite Karyatis Luxury Maisonette, you are immediately captivated by the beautifully designed, open-concept living area featuring a stunning fireplace, a grand dining space, and a remarkable, central wooden staircase that leads up to the loft on the upper level. Large French doors allow for plenty of natural light to flood in, offering panoramic views of the neighbouring Philopappou Hill on the left and the Acropolis rock directly ahead.



The fully equipped kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms, and one smaller bedroom, along with two modern bathrooms, complete the facilities of this luxurious maisonette with an Acropolis view. One of the double bedrooms offers breath-taking views of the Acropolis from the bed, while the smaller third bedroom is equipped with a double sofa bed, making it a perfect choice for children.



The breathtaking Acropolis and its Parthenon are within arm's reach from the north terrace, which offers an overwhelming view that guests can enjoy all day long. From sipping coffee in the morning to savouring wine or cocktails in the evening, the terrace is the perfect place to relax and admire the illuminated landmark against the night sky. Equipped with a comfortable table and chairs, it's an ideal spot for any time of day.



The south terrace, surrounded by a lush stone garden, offers an equally stunning view of the Acropolis. Guests can indulge in the well-appointed outdoor jacuzzi while taking in the awe-inspiring views that serve as the ultimate backdrop to your Athenian vacation. The terrace is furnished with chaise lounges, allowing guests to sunbathe during the day and stargaze at night under the watchful eye of the monumental Athenian landmark.



This luxurious accommodation features modern furnishings and hardwood floors. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, as well as a dining area and a living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning, soundproof windows, and a safe deposit box. Guests can also enjoy a terrace with Acropolis views, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The bathrooms come with shower, hairdryer, towels and linens, and there is a writing desk and closet in the rooms. Housekeeping and maid services are also available.



Please keep in mind that the maisonette is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building.

Location, location, location

This is undoubtedly a fabulous apartment: the views from the terraces are awesome and there's plenty of room to spread out both indoors and out. Our only issue was with the hot tub, which didnt ever warm up, which was a major disappointment.
