"A really nice hotel a little outside the city center of Tbilisi, in Vake area close to Vake park. The rooms are big, nice and clean. The service is fantastic and everybody at the hotel are very helpful.
Breakfast is good and swimmingpool as well.
The hotel do not have a restaurant for dinner. But just next to the hotel there is a fantastic restaurant called Bhegeli which serves great local food.
There are plenty of taxi in the area ready to take you downtown to the city center,

So I missed proactive personal touch from the hotel staff as I met new staff everyday during my 3-night stay. The hotel will get a bakery later this year. This will maybe make the place even better. "No frills boutique hotel with a great location and nice staff. The room has a vintage design and it is large. It features a fridge. A major downside is the none existing breakfast. I ended up having super stressful mornings as I had to find breakfast options in the city. That is a big challenge when the meeting time of the organized tours is 8:40 AM at Avlabari Metro station (a 25 minutes walk from the hotel). I only managed to find one restaurant in the city that opened before 8. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby cafe, but two mornings I went by it was closed.
