"We loved the charm of the property, it has a lot of character and is close to the river to do sight seeing on the tour boats and express boats. The Thai breakfast at Focal local was amazing every day and the staff were super helpful and kind. Thank you so much, we loved our stay here."

"Great stay by iconsiam mall!"

"We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and it was wonderfully peaceful. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Icon Siam, where we spent many hours. The staff were incredibly helpful, very kind to our daughter, and assisted us with our luggage. The room was nice, clean, quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was large, and so was the TV. All in all, it was a really great experience. The staff deserve our warmest recommendation! "

"Nice hotel. Highly recommend I was there for Buisness and was perfectly"

"We love to stay by you, but there was some problems whit hot water in our apartment. Great location and very nice staff."

"View this place as a high-class hostel rather than as a "hotel" and you are unlikely to have much to complain about. This is accommodation designed to provide a place to sleep rather than a place to enjoy a stay. The double rooms are very small, not large enough to fit a double bed, hence each room is provided with a set of bunk beds. The room also contains a shower cubicle (water pressure and temperature adequate), a separate toilet, a wash-basin and a mini-refrigerator. The rooms are modern...
