Collina Holiday Apartment is the perfect solution for friends and families looking for comfortable accommodation surrounded by nature, to regenerate or discover the wonders of Assisi and Umbria.
The accommodation is part of the PianPieve structure and is characterized by pastel shades in shades of blue green. Located on the second floor, it measures approximately 55 m2 and is ideal for hosting up to 3 people.
Guests will particularly appreciate the two bathrooms available, one in the living area and the other in the master bedroom.

The apartment has a small balcony furnished with table and chairs, where you can enjoy meals in the open air. Inside, guests will find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a table with chairs and a comfortable single sofa bed with a 20cm high mattress. The bathroom with shower, bidet and sink is part of the living area.

The very spacious double bedroom is equipped with the second bathroom complete with shower, bidet and sink, with a large Velux window positioned in the ceiling.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and to the balcony.

Free parking in front of the property, tables and chairs for eating outdoors in the park, a barbecue and a garden kitchen are also available free of charge.
Various exciting green routes start from the structure where you can admire uncontaminated nature such as streams, small canyons, mountains and hills. The routes can be done either on foot or by bike. It is possible to rent bikes on site.

The most requested experiences are the green routes, the tour of Assisi and Spello with Ape tuk tuk, the visit to the churches of Assisi, the hot air balloon ride, the wine tour and much more.
