"The house and property were truly wonderful. We were looking for a secluded and quiet place, where we could be closer to nature, and this was the perfect fit. Sitting on the deck enjoying the quiet with our morning coffee while our dogs explored the yard below was so peaceful. The hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge provided much needed recovery after hiking. We were even able to have our grandchildren visit for a family dinner, some games of cornhole, and finished with the host-provided s’mores...

"Beautiful old farmhouse. Gorgeous saltwater pool. Nicely appointed bedrooms. Very close to historic gettysburg. Very quiet, peaceful. Loved the farm animals. My children especially loved the barn cats. We did not want to leave. Thank you."

"We have claimed this lovely Homestead as our future Home rental when visiting our family in Gettysburg. This enhanced bright farmhouse is a tranquil escape. Fresh, clean and very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen of high end appliances. High quality, comfortable furniture and bedding. Large bathrooms included plenty of thick towels and showering products. Enjoyed morning walks on the private country road. Our little dog was able to frolic this countryside without a leash… she was elated....

"We used Applewood Landing as a home base for a few days while we explored nearby Gettysburg. Most attractions we only about a 10-15 minute drive.The home was gorgeous and well appointed. Plenty of towels were provided to enjoy the pool and hot tub and all the light switches were labeled, which was very helpful.Highly recommend"

"This historic railroad house was a great place to stay while in Gettysburg. One thing, since the address is Railroad street, it's true. The train goes by a few times a day, blowing its horn and the track is about 40 yards away from the front porch. Wasn't a bad thing, just forewarning. Working with Chris was great. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This home is easy to access from the main road and is situated on a beautiful golf course. There is a good restaurant within the golf club that has great drinks and a patio. The home itself is spacious and comfortable for people traveling with pets. The fenced in section is a huge advantage! The sunsets are indeed impressive!"
