Great fall getaway

Had a wonderful trip with friends. The house was large enough to fit us all. East to get into town without having to drive. Will definitely stay again.

Aspen for those without a trust fund.

Great place. Everything you need nothing you don’t. It’s funky but has what you need where it counts. Clean linens, comfy beds, and a stocked kitchen.

Great Location

House was perfect for us and very close to town. The walking trail across the street was excellent and really enjoyed the great kitchen. Only complaint would be the light switches.

Spacious House in a Great Location

Our group loved this house - there was plenty of room to gather in the main areas and the free bus to town was awesome! Would definitely return.

Cute house great location

We enjoyed our stay — only issue was a few of the mattresses were really soft making it hard to sleep.

Very good value

A little bit of investment would make this a 4 or 5 star home. The decorating scheme is quite dark and there is a minimum of lighting, making for a very dim environment at night. On the up side, the kitchen is very well stocked and the bedrooms are very nice sized.

The house was clean upon arrival and spacious. Vacasa had great communication and check-in/out was very easy. Other than that I was disappointed. The place had a mildew like smell. The hot water was spotty and would got to extremes with out warning. There was a weird clicking noise throughout the night I'm guessing from the heater. The entire place needs updating, especially the kitchen. The neighbor, while friendly, seemed to go out of her way to come outside when we were leaving or arriving which got old real quick. Just not a great experience overall.

Cozy cabin

The property was excellent with tons of space in 3 bedrooms . The fourth room is very small . Our family enjoyed the stay . The location is perfect close to trails as well as downtown . Catch free RFtA buses nearby for going around the town . Taking a star off since the house needs maintenance . Both bathroom doors downstairs cannot be locked and needs fixed . The doors can be opened even though they are locked with just a push . The carbon monoxide sensors kept beeping all day and night .

Very nicely located property

The location is just great. 1-2 minute walk from the public bus station and plenty parking space for 2-3 cars. The property is very roomy with a nice master bedroom on the second floor. Very reasonably priced property around Aspen village

A lot of space and room

Rooms were nice and big with lots of closet and storage space. Easy check in/out, very close to Aspen mountain. Buttermilk a short 10 mins drive and Snowmass around 25 mins. Slept 7 adult sized people easily and comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked with any pot/pan/utensil you’d need, plenty of linens and extra bedding. Only weird thing were many light switches went to nothing and outlets that didn’t work. The large fireplace was very nice. The deck is big enough for a hot tub which would make this rental, almost, perfect (just something to think about). We enjoyed our visit.

Great location

Great location and room for family. Great fireplace. Just right across the street from the bus stop with easy connections to ski at Aspen, Aspen Highlands and Snowmass. A couple of the beds were a bit too soft.

Great place close to downtown!

I came to Aspen with a small group of girlfriends and this was the perfect place! This was our groups second time booking this listing - once in the summer and once in the winter. Plenty of beds for everyone and right on the bus route that takes you to and from town. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Great experience

The property was fantastic. Location was only a mile from downtown Aspen. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable there. The master is the only room on the upper level and it has great views.

Great Aspen location, minutes from town!

Great Aspen location, just 10-15 walk, or few min drive, to downtown, right on the multi-use path and Hwy 82. Or if you're heading east up to Independence Pass, it's even easier, don't have to drive through town! The house itself has full-time tenant below, but generally not an issue. The building is older, but well kept with some newer appliances. 3+ bedrooms, good size living area and kitchen (and not too noisy for the bedrooms, so decent for kids). And a great big east-facing deck, with furniture and a grill.
