The unit’s central location makes it easy to experience Aspen on foot, with everything from the gondola and hiking trails to dining, shopping, and nightlife just minutes away. Directly across the street, you’ll find the Rio Grande Trail, John Denver Sanctuary, and Newbury Park. Parking for one vehicle is available at the building.


Living Room:

The living room features a spacious and comfortable sofa with an ottoman and a 55" Samsung Frame TV with cable and streaming services. A wall of windows fills the space with natural light, making the room feel light, bright, and inviting.


Kitchen & Dining Room:

The newly updated kitchen includes white cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new appliances. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The space includes seating for three at the counter and a dining table that seats four comfortably.


All beds are made with luxury 100% cotton linens from Garnier-Thiebaut, professionally laundered and pressed for comfort. Plush down pillows are standard; if you have allergies, we’re happy to provide a down alternative upon request.


In the bathrooms, soft white towels, plush robes, hairdryers, and premium toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, are provided for your comfort.


Bedrooms & Bathroom:

The first bedroom features a queen bed with a premium plush mattress, a TV with cable and streaming services, and a closet for your belongings. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with a pull-out twin trundle—ideal for families or flexible sleeping arrangements. Both rooms offer new premium plush mattresses and ample closet space.


The newly renovated bathroom features a shower/tub combo and a vanity with generous storage. For your comfort, we provide soft white towels, plush robes, hairdryers, and premium toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more.


Guest Access:

Guest have private access to the unit and on-site parking for one vehicle.

Getting Around:

Everything in downtown Aspen is easily accessible on foot.


If you prefer not to walk, the City of Aspen offers a complimentary, on-demand ride service called the Downtowner. It works just like Uber. Simply download the app and request a ride anywhere in town.


Located just across the street, the Ruby Park Transit Center offers convenient, complimentary bus service to the other three mountains (Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass), as well as to the Aspen Airport. You can also ride downvalley to popular destinations like the Glenwood Hot Springs. In the summer months, shuttles provide easy access to the Aspen Music Festival tent, making it simple to enjoy all the culture and recreation Aspen has to offer.
