GROUP SIZE
-No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted on property at any time
-We may charge for additional guests added to the reservation.
-Please register infants as children; they are counted within the max occupancy of our home.

IMPORTANT
-Weekly yard and hot tub maintenance. Tech may be outside of unit during reservation for up to 30 minutes. Service may affect availability of hot tub use for a few hours.
-Propane for grill and hammock are available Memorial Day through Labor Day.
-3rd bedroom is an open loft without door
-Laundry is in the utility closet with an exterior entry.
-After logging in to WiFi, you will be asked to register your device in order to connect.

DOGS
-Up to 2 dogs (2+ years old). Pet fee: $60/dog. No other pets allowed.
-$250/dog fee for unregistered dog(s)
-Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room).
-Dogs may not go into bedrooms or lofts.
-While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog.
-Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
-All excrement must be picked up outside.
-Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure.
-Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property.
