The Space:

Step into this well enjoyed mountain home, set on 8 acres of forested land, offering privacy, natural beauty, and room to roam. The wraparound porch invites you to unwind with a drink under starlight or sip your morning coffee while listening to songbirds. A short walk along a wooded path leads you to a pond and fire-pit area—perfect for evenings roasting s’mores or telling stories around the fire.



Step inside the main level of the home, where the open living area offers plenty of space for everyone to gather and spend time together. The chef’s kitchen is a highlight, featuring dual ovens, dual dishwashers, a farmhouse sink, and generous counter space- perfect for holiday dinners or casual cooking nights. The master suite (Bedroom 1) located off of the main level living room boasts (1) king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace with serene forest views. A convenient half bath is located just off the living room.

•Laundry / Utility Room: Functional space for laundry; unfinished and serves as a utility area

This property is best accessed by car, which gives you flexibility to explore Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and surrounding nature. Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft) are available, though in more remote stretches coverage may be limited. Walking is peaceful within the property itself, but you’ll likely drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy:

Only dogs are permitted at this property. A maximum of two dogs are allowed, each under 50 lbs. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted. Dogs must be leashed outdoors at all times and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property.



*Due to insurance restrictions, the following breeds are not permitted: Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers, Akitas, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers), attack dogs, and wolf hybrids.
