**PET POLICY NOTICE**
We welcome up to **two small (well trained) dogs** at our property! Our space is designed to be **pet-friendly**, so your furry companions will feel right at home. However, please note that we **charge a pet fee of $125 per dog**, which **must be paid prior to receiving your check-in instructions**. This fee is separate from the total booking amount and will need to be settled before your stay.

DOG ITEMS PROVIDED: A large dog crate and comfy bed, water & food bowls. We also provide the following supplies: Dog Poop Scooper & Bags to keep the area clean.

Guest access & other notes:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and grounds except for the locked owners’ closet and basement. Smart‑lock entry makes check‑in seamless. For security and peace of mind, two exterior cameras monitor the front door and driveway. The house is in bear country, so keep car doors locked, use bear‑proof bins and never leave food outside. Expect the occasional friendly critter; pest control is performed regularly, but insects may appear. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–6 a.m. in respect of neighbours. No smoking, vaping, parties or unapproved events. Two small, well‑trained dogs are welcome for a fee (please disclose at booking). Fire extinguishers, smoke/CO alarms and first‑aid kits are provided.
