This home sits just minutes from an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, with a small trail on the property that winds through the woods to a secluded bench in the forest. A short drive to downtown Asheville for shopping, dining, and live music, or south to tour the Biltmore Estate and its scenic grounds. You`re also close to the Historic Omni Grove Park Inn area. It’s a peaceful, private setting that feels worlds away while still being close to town.

This is a dog-friendly property (max 1 well-behaved dog, must be leashed outdoors) and a pet fee applies.

Quiet hours are 10:30 PM–8:00 AM.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

No commercial photography.

Pool hours are 6:00 AM–11:00 PM. No diving or jumping in, no glass in the pool area, and children must be continuously supervised at all times.

This is a furnished private residence with art, antiques, and furnishings collected over the years — please don`t move furniture or decor between rooms or decks.

The home is on a septic system — only toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. No wipes (even ones labeled `flushable`), feminine products, or paper towels.

Never leave food, trash, or coolers outside unattended — bears are active in the area.
