The Space:
As you walk in you see the open floor plan of the first level than extends out onto the private deck in the rear. There is a fully stocked kitchen (you need to bring your own food!), the laundry, and a half bath on the main level as well. Upstairs are two private bedrooms with queen beds and the shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access of the entire house

The Neighborhood:
West Asheville is a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood known for its artsy, laid-back vibe and strong sense of community. Located just across the French Broad River from downtown Asheville, it features a mix of historic bungalows, modern homes, and local businesses along the bustling Haywood Road corridor. The area is a hotspot for locally-owned shops, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants. Its numerous parks, greenways, and proximity to the river make it a great place for outdoor enthusiasts, while its diverse culture and welcoming atmosphere make it a favorite among locals and newcomers alike.

Other Things to Note:
We are about one-half mile from Haywood St. and all of the restaurants and shops of West Asheville, but with the private deck out back you feel like you are in a private nook in the woods.
