"Two minutes after arriving, we had a knock at the door. Not expecting anyone, my boyfriend responded “who is it?”. A voice of an older man said “the boogy man”??? We asked what he was going at our room, to which he said “I’m about ready to knock this door down”. After calling hotel security, they came up and said no one was in the halls anymore and to call if we hear it again. After finally falling asleep we woke up to loud noises at 4 am that didn’t end until 5:30. It was two people opening and...

"A standard plain hotel - nothing fancy - but can do as a layover stay. Reception staff at check is not particularly friendly nor welcoming. Even though room is non smoking it smells of smoke. Could not find toilet amenities in any drawers or cupboards (cotton buds and so)"

"Beautiful Sunsets, older cabin, not too steep of a drive up, outside deck is nice and fire pit area out front! Harper’s Ferry Area is cute and full of history! Be in shape to hike and climb while you are here, especially if you plan on doing a ghost walk after walking the town all day! 5 friends girls trip was great! "

"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."
