"We found everything amazing except for one important item which was the pillows. We love having four pillows but they should have included two softer pillows along with the more firmer pillows that were provided. Other than that we had an amazing stay as usual. Thank you so much! "Clean room and property, breakfast is good, our room with 2 queen beds had lots or extra room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The connected hotel can make parking difficult when they are busy as parking is limited. However parking is available behind the hotel next to the fast food places. I stayed many times at this hotel and has always enjoyed the stay. "

"This is second stay at this property in a very short time. The beds are so comfortable and the property is clean. They are renovating the second floor although besides the boxes you see stacked up in the lobby area you would hardly know it as they don’t do repairs into the evening or overnight. The pool was smaller but clean and the kids loved that. The breakfast is a basic continental but well stocked and clean with ample seating. The staff were super friendly. Thank you. ...

"Very accommodating hosts! Beautiful home and breakfast was lovely. Depending on who you're staying with, the set up in the sunrise suite is a little odd with the open washroom, probably best for someone staying on their own. "

"The lobby of the building mislead the conditions of the room. Rooms were small the bed was lumpy, and when sleeping if someone turned on a pipe you would hear them knocking. We could not sleep. Plus they put a 200 damage deposit hold on my credit card. Not sure what their is to damage the entire place needs to be gutted "

"Cons: No parking (they may open the garage door for you but there won’t be any spaces), no pancakes for breakfast :( . Loud. Sauna isn’t very hot. Hot tub and sauna do not appear to be accessible as you have to walk up flights of a back stair well. If it is accessible by elevator it isn’t marked well. Front desk called in the middle of the night while I was sleeping to mention that they put me in the wrong room. Pros: location?"

"Clean room but the heating/ventilation system was very loud throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Room was prepaid and they require a physical credit card to have on file for incidentals which I did not have...cannot use visa/MasterCard debit or cash. Had to take extra time to fill out an authorization form to charge a credit card that was in my google wallet.
