"Our 2nd stay and will be back! Perfect location for what brings us to MO. It’s great to just walk around ash grove for errands! The host and her daughter were 100% amazing. Clean property, near a few trailers, which was never an issue. Great front porch to storm watch and the inside was stocked and comfortable! "

"Overall, we really enjoyed this place for our weekend getaway to visit our family. Very clean and easy, well-instructed check-out process. Only dislikes was a few loud neighbors late at night our first night and the garage door code didn’t work on the outside. "

"Cute little overnight place. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. A couple of small things to consider. The only heat is from a mini-split and it was in the 20s the night we stayed and the unit definitely had trouble keeping it warm. We had a fan with us and when I pointed it towards the ceiling that helped a lot getting warm air moving. Water pressure wasn’t great but I had gotten a last minute message stating that this might be the case. All in all I would stay here...
