* This rental is for the 2nd and 3rd-floor duplex unit of the house. The first floor is a separate unit.

* The living room is equipped with a Smart TV. You will need to use your own logins for streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

* Please be mindful that the backyard is a shared, communal space for all guests on the property to enjoy.
