Moored in front of Port du Crouesty, this apartment has an 8m2 balcony and a very beautiful view of the port of Crouesty, its boats and its entrance; enough to offer you a soothing and rejuvenating stay! It is also a few hundred meters from Fogéo Beach and beautiful walks around Petit Mont are at the foot of the residence. And for even more relaxation, you will find in the residence a swimming pool and a paddling pool to allow you to take a refreshing swim. It is also a 5-minute walk from the Miramar Thalasso Center *****.



The apartment has just been renovated and is nicely decorated. You will find a living room overlooking the outside; its sofas and armchairs invite you to take a break and chat. Then, you will discover the dining room ideal for meeting around good meals, and finally the kitchen, modern and fully equipped. It has a ceramic hob, a refrigerator (quite small), a microwave, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster.



In the evening, you can go to bed in one of the two rooms. The first is on the ground floor and will delight children thanks to its bunk bed, while the second is located upstairs in a master suite with an adjoining bathroom. It will be ideal for parents or a couple, with its large double bed (160), offering comfort and serenity for a good night's sleep. You will find a fifth bed on one of the two sofa beds in the living room.



For even more amenities, you will find on the ground floor a shower room with toilet, and upstairs a bathroom with toilet, a hair dryer, as well as two reserved parking spaces.
