Welcome to Arzon! Ideally situated facing the ocean, this house offers an exceptional setting for your holiday on the Rhuys peninsula. You will appreciate its enclosed garden, its terrace with barbecue and its balcony, all three offering a superb view of the sea. Fully equipped, it comfortably welcomes up to 8 travellers, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The port, shops, restaurants and beaches are less than a kilometre away, easily accessible on foot or by bike.



Pass through the front door and discover a beautiful bright living space of approximately 45 m², opening onto the terrace. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine. Share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or enjoy the outdoor table on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.



The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, arranged as follows:

- Bedroom 1 l on the ground floor l a double bed (140x190 cm), a storage wardrobe and a television.

- Bedroom 2 l on the first floor l a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a storage wardrobe and a sea view.

- Bedroom 4 l on the first floor l two single beds (90x190 cm) and access to a balcony with sea view.



You will have two bathrooms with shower, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs. Two separate toilets complete the set.



A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal in the garage.



You will be able to easily park your vehicles in front of the house.
